Bar Theory AZ LLC (“Bar Theory AZ,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through bartheoryaz.com and our phone, text, and email channels, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
Information you give us. When you request a quote or contact us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, event date, event location or venue, guest count, hours of service, event type, how you heard about us, and any notes you include.
Booking and payment information. If you book with us, we keep your Booking Agreement and payment records. Card and bank details are entered on and processed by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers.
Technical information. Like most websites, our site and hosting provider may automatically log basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, and may use cookies that are needed for the site and forms to work.
How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your inquiry and prepare a quote
- To schedule, plan, and provide our services, including sending your shopping list
- To send booking confirmations, reminders, invoices, and receipts
- To keep business, tax, and legal records
- To protect our business, staff, and clients and to comply with the law
Text Messages (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number and agree to be contacted, we may send text messages about your inquiry, quote, booking, and event (for example, follow-ups, confirmations, and reminders).
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. You can also opt out by contacting us using the information below. Opting out of texts does not cancel a booking.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Information may be shared with service providers who help us send messages, solely so they can provide that service.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run our business:
- Service providers such as our website host, form provider, email provider, business phone and texting provider, payment processors, and accountants, who may use it only to provide services to us
- Our staff and Members who need it to plan and work your event
- Legal reasons, when required by law, to respond to legal process, or to protect the rights and safety of our clients, staff, or business
How Long We Keep It
We keep inquiry information as long as needed to respond and follow up, and booking and payment records as long as required for business, tax, and legal purposes. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or keep it in a form that no longer identifies you.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no website, email, or text system is completely secure. Please don’t send sensitive information such as card numbers through our form, email, or text.
Your Choices
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing bookings@bartheoryaz.com. We may need to keep certain records when the law requires it.
Children
Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
