These Terms of Service govern your use of bartheoryaz.com (the “Site”), operated by Bar Theory AZ LLC (“Bar Theory AZ,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site or submitting a quote request, you agree to these Terms.
Our Services
Bar Theory AZ provides mobile, dry-hire bartending services in the Greater Phoenix, Arizona area. We provide the bar setup, equipment, mixers, ice, and bartenders. We do not sell, purchase, or furnish alcoholic beverages; the client supplies all alcohol.
Quotes and Pricing
Prices on the Site are “starting at” estimates for general information. They are not an offer or a binding contract and may change at any time.
A quote request does not reserve a date. Your date is booked only when you sign a Booking Agreement and we receive your deposit. Travel fees, add-ons, card fees, and final pricing are confirmed in your quote and Booking Agreement.
Booking Agreement Controls
Every event is governed by a separate signed Booking Agreement. If anything on the Site conflicts with your Booking Agreement, the Booking Agreement controls.
Bar & Alcohol Policy
Our Bar & Alcohol Policy describes how we serve at every event, including ID checks and our right to refuse or stop service.
Use of the Site
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by submitting false information, attempting to interfere with how the Site works, or using it for any unlawful purpose. You must be at least 18 years old to submit a quote request.
Text and Email Communications
If you provide your contact information and agree to be contacted, you consent to receive calls, texts, and emails from us about your inquiry and booking. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Intellectual Property
The Bar Theory AZ name, logo, tagline “Mixing Science. Creating Connections.,” and the Site’s design and content belong to Bar Theory AZ LLC. You may not copy or use them without our written permission.
Third-Party Links
The Site links to third-party services such as social media platforms. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimers
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we make no warranties about the Site, including that it will always be available or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Bar Theory AZ LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Liability related to our services at an event is governed by your Booking Agreement.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute about the Site will be handled in the courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, unless your Booking Agreement says otherwise.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
